    This is the debut album by south Texas Indie/Alternative band From the Cocoon. The album is sprinkled with various genres like a mixtape, and took over 8 years to make. Throughout the process the band experimented with a heavier side, deep digital instrumental tracks, and some very comedic folk material but eventually found a medium tying into an alternative sound. The album features 18 original tracks, a watery cover of "Mozzarella Swastikas" by Adam Green (the Moldy Peaches) and an Acoustic/E.D.M. demo version of "Slow Show" originally by The National. The entire collection is packed full of emotion and pure soul, sure to earn its place in your music library.

Before I came out polyamorous I tried monogamy. I wasn't very good at it seeing as how my heart bled of those I loved and was forbidden to connect with intimately. It took aver 12 years of dating, marriage, and explorations to define who I am sexually and as a lover. My wedding vowels were always thrown at my face or I was always misunderstood for my (as the counselors called it) "lack of self control". The vowels I made when I was a scared 20 year old kid, facing 18 years of raising a child I did not plan on in the first place, they didn't stick to me like they did my partner. I always felt like my truth would kill anyone that loved me. I was wrong and this is about finding out how I became so wrong.
